SmartVac™ Equipment
SV Single axle
SmartVac™ Single Axle is the first sub-compact, lightweight design, built specifically for the urban market. The single axle gives you the most legal debris payload, out of any other competitor. This smart machine leads innovation, can work in tight urban spaces, and perform comparable to many large hydrovac trucks in the market. Built to meet the most demanding safe-digging conditions, SmartVac™ is the answer for the urban eco conscious consumers. The single axle is lighter and more power than most competitors. It is capable of carrying more load while still being road legal, and can dig faster.
SVT Tandem axle
This tandem design proves itself to be the lightest, out of other tandem designs in the market; As much as 5,000 lbs lighter, providing 8 yd debris capacity, and 1140 gallons water. Built to meet the most demanding job applications in the field, and with lower operating costs, SmartVac™ provides the answer to meet the customer’s needs.
Key Differences
weight
With the lightest build in the market – we give you 8 yards of debris that scales when it comes to DOT – meaning we are always at legal weight. We are as much as 5000 pounds lighter than our closest competitor.
In-house computer
SmartVac collects data from the truck, and can use that data for future AI applications. For example, collect data from the pump to optimize the life of that pump. The temperature data will show critical wear points, which we will be able to correct, therefore optimizing the life of that pump. The computer system can send data to account for electronic ticketing, and managing when maintenance needs done, by giving an alert to the mechanic.
Size
SmartVac trucks are very popular in the pipeline business – our 4x4 single is attractive because it can go where no big truck can. In pipelining, you can dump on site, so debris capacity is not important.
